By accessing and using SoftwareCo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SoftwareCo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoftwareCo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
